The space was clean, updated and well-equipped upon my arrival, the check-in and check-out process was seamless, and my security deposit was returned immediately after moving out. It was very easy to contact Claudine if needed and the apartment is very well equipped with everything we would need! The apartment is also very well located, with all the windows facing the sun and a 7-minute walk from the metro. It was a real pleasure to stay at Claudine's apartment.

The surroundings are very cozy, and all the infrastructure is easily accessible. We enjoyed living in this quarter. The apartment is nice and well-equipped with everything you may need for everyday life. The owner is very attentive and responsive, helping us with any issues that arise. We had a very pleasant stay of 1.5 years in this apartment and recommend it to other tenants.

Extraordinary!

This apartment, ideally located in the heart of Paris just one minute from Châtelet station, offers surprising calm. In the morning, the sound of birdsong echoes pleasantly. The interior is spacious, clean and well-appointed. Everything you need is perfectly equipped. . I really enjoyed this wonderful apartment. Thank you very much for this valuable recommendation.
