The apartment is in a perfect location. It has everything you may need and it is as in the pictures. I stayed for one month and half and I would do it without looking for anything else. Above all, the owner, is kind and responsive and had a wonderful experience communicating with her.

What a location! On a quiet side street, but just around the corner from all the action and lots of metro lines. In the first part of the day you get some direct sunlight, which is great for working from home. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. (And a tub! What a luxury in Paris.) A very cute, clean, and comfortable space for one person. I loved my time here and I am happy to recommend it.
