L’appartement est vraiment impeccable, il a été rénové récemment, les équipements sont de qualité, la vue est incroyable. Je l’avais loué pour mes parents qui venaient nous dépanner quelques mois avec la garde de notre bébé et ils ont vraiment passé un super séjour - et ils sont exigeants. Je recommande Paris Attitude et cet appartement en particulier !

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier vivant. Super lumineux avec grandes fenêtres. Nous avons grandement apprécié y habiter.

Everything with the property was excellent. It is well-located close to a lovely market street and easy access to public transportation. At the bottom of the street is a wonderful restaurant with a large terrace for enjoying a drink or meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The apartment was clean and everything worked correctly. It has excellent light from outside. The location is outstanding. On a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. Just two blocks from the famous Rue Cler, located just off Avenue de la Motte-Picquet with every type of commerce you might want, and another two blocks to the Champs de Mars/Eiffle Tower. One and a half blocks from the impressive Invalides, where Napoleon is entumbed. Lots of excellent restaurants and very good bus and metro service.

I had a wonderful stay in this flat! The neighbourhood is calm and pleasant, yet very convenient, with two metro stations nearby, plenty of markets, and a few gyms within walking distance. Communication with the landlord was very straightforward. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. I was even able to take private cooking classes using what was available! The flat is bright and receives a lot of natural sunlight throughout the day. The building is clean, well-maintained, and everything works perfectly. The gardienne is lovely and always willing to help. The bathroom is very spacious, and the shower is powerful and consistently warm. Overall, I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay

The apartment was perfect! The spacious 1 bedroom apartment had everything I needed for my month stay in Paris. It was clean, and the neighborhood was amazing. Easy to get anywhere in the city on the metro or short walk. The owners were so kind and very communicative. Highly recommend!! I will certainly be back!
