Excellent service that helped me when I didn't have much time left to find a place to stay. Great service, and I'm also grateful to the owner of the studio - it's an impeccable place to stay and they were very kind and understanding.

This is a beautiful apartment. It's very quiet and spacious. The location is great - the metro is close, central location, and lots of restaurants, stores and bakeries within a few blocks. The owner was very responsive to questions and issues were addressed quickly. I had an wonderful stay in this apartment.

The owner is absolutely amazing. I don’t think you will ever find a landlord like her. Her care for the tenent is genuinely something I have never experienced before. People might point out that the area isn’t necessarily the best but believe me that apartment is an escape from everything. It’s a quite little cocoon that made my whole stay so enjoyable and what they have done interms of pure efficiency (the bed, the way they have organized every equipment) is exceptional. I would not recommend it enough. For how small it is, it didn’t feel like it.

L’appartement a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut. Très bien équipé et agencé, complètement renouvelé en donnant sur une court interne très calme et silencieuse. S., la propriétaire, est une personne fantastique, elle a été très disponible et gentille pendent tout mon séjour. Si vous ne recherchez pas un endroit plus grand, je recommande vivement de louer cet appartement vous ne le regretterez pas !

I stayed in this apartment for one year and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed to feel at home. The location was excellent, with shops, cafés, and transport just around the corner. Most importantly, the owner was kind, attentive, and always made sure everything was going smoothly during my stay, which gave me real peace of mind. The Paris Attitude team was also professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I’m truly grateful for this experience and would highly recommend both the apartment and Paris Attitude to anyone searching for a reliable rental in Paris.

Beautiful apartment, well situated next to the canal, easy access to transport. Equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. The shower was amazing. Owner was lovely and very accommodating.
