I would like to make a suggestion for improving your services.
In the future, could your Paris Attitude agency, for people like me who live abroad, either plan to receive from the future tenant the amount of 50% of the rental (at the same time as the agency fees) and then pay the owner instead of the tenant for this 50% amount, or ask owners to accept the principle of using Paypal, which is the fastest way to make payments between a private individual living in France and a private individual abroad, especially outside the European Union?
I'm making this suggestion because, having lived in the USA for 8 years, I can say from experience that a transfer between my American bank and Madame Zekri's bank would have taken around 3 weeks. In this age of globalization, it would seem only natural that your customers should be prepared to adapt their rental offer to people based abroad, including the acceptance of simple, secure and efficient payment methods such as Paypal.
Thank you for your interest.
