Perfectly served by public transportation (Pont de l'Alma/RER C), you will find many shops and services nearby (Champ de Mars Park, Branly Museum, grocery stores, nearby gym club, newsstand, supermarkets, restaurants, dry cleaning, pharmacy, brasserie, bakery, butcher). Tenants are asked to contribute to the cleaning expenses at a rate of €120/month for 3 hours of cleaning once a week.
