Furnished apartment - 25m² - 1 bedroom - Temple - Paris

The owner was very helpful and friendly with every problem that came up. The house was really nice and in a very good and safe area for university students. We are very satisfied by both the apartment and the owner. As a university students, we really enjoyed the city and the atmosphere of Paris. Although, due to the Olympics every thing was under construction and really overpriced. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

The apartment at 15 boulevard du Temple is fantastic. We stayed there for a year (between 2022 and 2023) and I can assure you that you'll find everything you need for a wonderful Parisian stay: the comfort of a very charming, well-preserved 18th-century building right in the heart of Paris, between Bastille and République. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, with a small fridge that works very well. The living room is very pleasant and bright, with furniture that allows you to work and study. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door, giving you a two-room apartment. Overlooking a courtyard, the apartment is calm and quiet, although you can find several nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Nice neighborhood with a restaurant next door. Supermarkets very close by and the superb ambiance of the Canal Saint-Martin and the Marais not far away! The area is served by several metro lines and you can go just about anywhere in Paris. Last but not least: the owner is a very pleasant, respectful, punctual and proactive person. This apartment is a real gem, not to be missed! And well done to the Paris Attitude agency, who always helped us out in any way they could. . Very good. I warmly congratulate Madame Neda, who always accompanied me with precision, extreme care and absolutely superb sympathy. I thank her infinitely!

This apartment is in a superb location, with two metro stations nearby. It is very close to Republic and and easy walk into to the Marais and all that it has to offer. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a laundromat and grocery store. It is one flight up from the street level which is very manageable. The landlady is very nice and helpful. It does not have cable but does have a large supply of dvd's. My only complaint is that I did not find the mattress to be very comfortable . Paris is the most beautiful city in the world. The food is wonderful and the metro is excellent. Visitors must remember to keep their metro tickets in hand when using the metro as I was stopped and charged 50 Euros for not having my ticket. There are no signs to make you aware of this policy. I thought it was very unfair.
