How to Rent an Apartment?

After finding the ideal apartment, simply follow these steps to finalize your booking:

  1. Fill out your tenant application online.
  2. Choose your payment method to make the prepayment of your deposit (credit card, Paypal or bank transfer).
  3. Sign your rental contract online.
  4. As soon as your request is accepted by the owner and your deposit is received by our team, your rental is confirmed!

What are the costs associated with the reservation?

The payment required to confirm your reservation includes:

  • Agency fees: These allow us to inspect each property before it is rented out and to offer you tailored support.

  • The deposit: For rentals longer than 2 months, it corresponds to the first month's rent and energy consumption. For rentals shorter than 2 months, we will ask you to pay the full rent and energy consumption in advance.

  • The security deposit: It will be refunded to you within 30 days if the exit inventory is in accordance with the one conducted at the time of your arrival.

These amounts are calculated based on the information entered during your reservation.

They can be paid by credit card (secure online payment) or by bank transfer. If your reservation is made more than 31 days before your arrival, you have the option to pay in two installments.


What are the cancellation conditions?

In case of cancellation before the start of your stay, half a month's rent for a rental of more than 2 months or half the total rent for a rental of less than 2 months, as well as agency fees, are non-refundable.

You have the option to purchase, at the time of your booking, cancellation and interruption insurance covering unforeseen situations (ex : illness, accident, visa denial…). This covers:

  • In case of cancellation before your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts paid at the time of booking.

  • In case of interruption during your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts already paid for the remainder of your stay, and you will have nothing more to pay.

Is it possible to visit the apartment?

In addition to the many high-quality professional photos available in all our listings, a virtual tour is available for most of our properties. This is ideal for envisioning the space as if you were there, without needing to travel!

For a stay of more than 5 months, you have the option, at the time of your booking, to request a visit to the property in the presence of one of our advisors. Please note: while waiting for this visit, the accommodation is not reserved for you and remains available for other tenants.
