Furnished studio - 17m² - Montorgueil - Paris

This apartment, while in a fantastic location, had a lot of issues. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and after discussing with the landlord, he was able to purchase a new mattress, but the new mattress did not fit the frame of the sofa bed, and thus was EXTREMELY difficult to close. This meant that for weeks while I was unable to close the sofa bed, the bed was just out, which meant I had absolutely no space to walk or live in the apartment as it is very small. Not to mention, the springs of the sofa bed were broken and still made the bed uncomfortable. The apartment itself was fairly dirty when I moved in (rug had not been vacuumed & also had many stains, very dusty). Additionally, the bathroom light did not work for my first few weeks, and various other lights and outlets did not work. There is no air conditioning or heat, you will have to use a small fan and heater (they work well, just be warned). The laundry in unit was very helpful. Finally, while the landlord was helpful during the duration of my stay he was extremely rude at my move out, and was making passive aggressive and rude comments to me in front of the check-our agent. This was extremely unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. .
