Furnished studio - 16m² - Ile Saint-Louis - Paris

I loved Paris and this was largely due to the apartment and location I was in, I would not have enjoyed my stay as much had I not been so central. The apartment is in an ideal location and even though it is small, the fact that it is two levels makes it feel so much bigger than the actual size. It was very well equipped and it was especially good having a washing machine and dishwasher. Pascale was so lovely, I definitely recommend her. Everything worked out for the better, however I was very unimpressed with Paris Attitude as I had signed an initial lease of a different apartment which was pulled a few days before I was meant to move in, while I was on the other side of the world from anyone I knew, alone. My representative Klara was not helpful at all, taking a very long time responding to emails and multiple times did not respond at all. It felt like she did not care about me or my situation and it was the worst when I was distraught at losing my first lease, by no fault of my own, because it had been incredibly hard to find an apartment in the first place. I was shocked that that situation could even happen, let alone a few days before I was meant to occupy the apartment and then even more shocked with the incredibly poor customer service I received from Paris Attitude. Overall my experience in the apartment I ended up in was amazing, as was Pascale, but I would not recommend Paris Attitude as a company due to their poor service.
