Front burner on stove top didn't work. I notified owner, but he did nothing to fix it. No instructions were given on how to control the heating system. Had to call owner who took several days to figure it out and get back to us. Turned out we needed to change settings on the remote thermostat which I found after I was sent a picture and hunted through the apartment. It should have been placed prominently, which we did when we left. - and with instructions. TV didn't work and owner didn't know how to make it available. Most of the cookware surfaces are worn out, we bought our own cookware. There was a homeless man living in the lobby for over two weeks. I notified owner the day he moved in and he told me to call the police which I felt was ridiculous, I'm not the building manager, I'm a renter. Eventually the association took over, but as I said they took over 2 weeks to move him out. The vacuum cleaner was buried under a bunch of material in the room with the washing machine and dryer. I eventually uncovered it. It didn't have a bag inside, but we found one and placed it in. Again, we left the vacuum cleaner where it would be easy to find. The shower nearest the front door had mold which we cleaned off. A weird little problem with the front door. The sliding bolts fit in 4 bolt holes when you turn the key a second time. The one in the floor had to be cleaned out several times because the bolt wouldn't fit into it. If you didn't have a vacuum cleaner, which we didn't until I found it, it was a bit of a fiddly job to remove detritus from the small hole. It was good, we found an aparment with a great location. Paris attitude handled the lease and the payments seamlessly and made it easy to fulfill all the legal and financial responsibilities we had.
