This is a spotless apartment in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to a wide variety of attractions. Everything you need, from shops to public transportation, is within easy reach. The landlord is very kind and goes out of her way to ensure that her tenants are happy. Our time at Frédéric's apartment was fantastic. .

My daughter and I had an excellent stay in Vicky's apartment. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with a very large hypermarket just 2 minutes away on foot. Excellent restaurants. The metro is less than a 5-minute walk away. Good bakeries. We highly recommend it. Vicky is really friendly, responsive and accommodating. You can go there with your eyes closed.

July 30, 2016 - 17 rue Friant 75014 "I have a nice old friend who is going away for a few days - her apartment is not the grand luxury but it could tide you over" If we'd got into this apartment through a tip like that, we wouldn't have had anything to say. But we did, thanks to the biggest professional in short-term furnished rentals in Paris. What did you do, apart from put the apartment online? - Did you walk on the squeaky parquet floor? - Have you stretched out on the beds, one of which you couldn't sleep in if you took it out on the sidewalk? - Did you take the time to check the number and quality of sheets, comforters, pillows and towels? - Did you imagine yourself in the rooms with no white curtains and windows overlooking you from across the street? - Did you use the cramped bathroom? - Did you help the owner prepare a folder of useful information about the apartment and the area (wifi code, garbage cans, restaurants, etc.)? Please note: We have absolutely nothing against the sweet and very friendly owner. We didn't tell her anything about her apartment. We simply told her that we had a pleasant week there. If you cannot use our comments without revealing or making the owner suspect their source, we ask you to kindly delete them and not to follow them up. It is quite possible that we will see the owner again as we have become friends through having many common interests. Our only grievance is against Paris Attitude. Should our comments prove to be correct in their entirety, we ask that you return 75% of your agency fee without taking a penny back from the owner. .

How to Rent an Apartment?

After finding the ideal apartment, simply follow these steps to finalize your booking:

What are the costs associated with the reservation?

The payment required to confirm your reservation includes:

  • Agency fees: These allow us to inspect each property before it is rented out and to offer you tailored support.

  • The deposit: For rentals longer than 2 months, it corresponds to the first month's rent and energy consumption. For rentals shorter than 2 months, we will ask you to pay the full rent and energy consumption in advance.

  • The security deposit: It will be refunded to you within 30 days if the exit inventory is in accordance with the one conducted at the time of your arrival.

These amounts are calculated based on the information entered during your reservation.

They can be paid by credit card (secure online payment) or by bank transfer. If your reservation is made more than 31 days before your arrival, you have the option to pay in two installments.

What are the cancellation conditions?

In case of cancellation before the start of your stay, half a month's rent for a rental of more than 2 months or half the total rent for a rental of less than 2 months, as well as agency fees, are non-refundable.

You have the option to purchase, at the time of your booking, cancellation and interruption insurance covering unforeseen situations (ex : illness, accident, visa denial…). This covers:

  • In case of cancellation before your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts paid at the time of booking.

  • In case of interruption during your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts already paid for the remainder of your stay, and you will have nothing more to pay.
