The apartment is well located and bright. On the other hand, the electricity is not up to standard at all, the plumbing is very old, the heating runs at full capacity until the end of May with no possibility of switching it off, the shower rooms have no VMC and the owner asks us to leave the windows open all the time (which we did, but by the way, is this type of request really normal??). We had a good stay but a very bad experience with the departure inventory of fixtures, even though we returned the apartment in the condition in which we found it... Deposit still not recovered, to be continued and more if necessary...

How to Rent an Apartment?

What are the costs associated with the reservation?

The payment required to confirm your reservation includes:

  • Agency fees: These allow us to inspect each property before it is rented out and to offer you tailored support.

  • The deposit: For rentals longer than 2 months, it corresponds to the first month's rent and energy consumption. For rentals shorter than 2 months, we will ask you to pay the full rent and energy consumption in advance.

  • The security deposit: It will be refunded to you within 30 days if the exit inventory is in accordance with the one conducted at the time of your arrival.

These amounts are calculated based on the information entered during your reservation.

They can be paid by credit card (secure online payment) or by bank transfer. If your reservation is made more than 31 days before your arrival, you have the option to pay in two installments.


What are the cancellation conditions?

In case of cancellation before the start of your stay, half a month's rent for a rental of more than 2 months or half the total rent for a rental of less than 2 months, as well as agency fees, are non-refundable.

You have the option to purchase, at the time of your booking, cancellation and interruption insurance covering unforeseen situations (ex : illness, accident, visa denial…). This covers:

  • In case of cancellation before your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts paid at the time of booking.

  • In case of interruption during your stay: You will be fully refunded the amounts already paid for the remainder of your stay, and you will have nothing more to pay.
