Furnished apartment - 38m² - 1 bedroom - Place d'Italie - Paris

I highly recommend this apartment; it is fully-equipped, located in a great neighborhood, and Marcin and Mathilde (the owners) are wonderful hosts. The apartment is bright, clean, and contains everything necessary to live comfortably. The surrounding neighborhood has a variety of restaurants, bakeries, and other local businesses, creating an atmosphere of a vibrant community nestled within Paris. The street art in the neighborhood additionally adds to its charm. The apartment is located conveniently close to both Corvisart (Metro Line 6) and Place d'Italie (Metro Line 5,6,7). Additionally, there are several supermarkets to choose from in the surrounding area (Auchan, Monoprix, etc.). Lastly, I cannot recommend Marcin and Mathilde enough as hosts; they are very responsive, welcoming, and eager to make your stay comfortable. Marcin and Mathilde helped to make sure we had an amazing stay in Paris!. Paris Attitude made finding an apartment in Paris simple. Our apartment was comfortable and clean and our hosts were wonderful!.

The Apartment is located in a calm and very safe neighborhood. You will be delighted to find beautiful wall art Paintings done by professional Artists in front of and surrounding the Apartment which is quintessential of the Paris Art scene. The Apartment is well connected. You will find within a 5 minute walk, access to the Corvisart Metro Station - Line6(connected to the Eiffel Tower), Place D'Italie(Metro Lines 5,6,7 ; Huge Shopping Mall), Local Market (in front of Corvisart Metro Station) where you will find fresh Produce and lots more 3 days a week (Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays) and many nearby Restaurants, Pubs and Bakeries. The Apartment is fully furnished, clean and has functional Equipment's to cater to all our needs. Marcin the owner is very Kind, Polite, Approachable and strives to ensure that we have a Comfortable and Homely stay. In case of any specific needs the owner responds quickly and will make the necessary arrangements. In conclusion, this is a very good Apartment in a quite and safe neighborhood which is well connected to Paris via Metros & Buses. Has many eateries & Pubs nearby. All the equipment's mentioned in the apartment are present and functional. The owner is very Friendly and ensures the stay is pleasant and comfortable. Smooth and hassle free for those in search of an abode in Paris.
